Welcome to One Way Children’s Ministry. We are so excited to have you be a part of what God is doing in our children’s lives. Below is a registration for our ministries we have for our the children of West End.
You will also be given a medical release form that will need to be witnessed and notarized by one of our notary publics or one of your choice.
Please fill out a form for each child and the ministries they will be involved in.
