West End Baptist Church Preschool, Inc. admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs. I understand that there is a waiting list at West End Baptist Church Day Care and that the completion of this application does not mean that a vacancy will become available. I also understand that my child’s name will be placed on the waiting list for his/her age group effective on the date of this application. I further understand that when my child’s name reaches the top of the list for his/her age group I will be contacted by phone and will be given seven (7) days to accept this vacancy for my child. Upon my acceptance of this opening I will be expected to begin payment of the weekly day care fee.
